Then I decided that failure was not an option and I learned how to train like a Pro. What does it mean to train like a Pro?
Training like a PRO means not only are you training hard, but more importantly you are training smart. In this video I show you exactly what I do in the gym on my back day and I explain to you why I am doing the exercises I do. You will learn what it means to train smart through my scientific training methods.
What are my scientific training methods?
I spent several years in the books studying the anatomy of the back muscle in order to get an understanding of how to train each and every intricate part of the back muscle. I learned how many sets, reps, & how much break time I needed in order to help me get the best results possible. Now, I love training the back even more because I know that I am putting in workouts that fully train every intricate muscle of my back. Furthermore, I know that I am not over training or under training my muscles, so I can feel great about my workout when I leave the gym.
Why did I create my scientific training methods?
Well, back in 2005 I competed in two bodybuilding shows and to be quite honest I was embarrassed because my back was by far my weakest body part. I kept trying to fix this weakness by training harder and with more weight, but simply lacked the knowledge to create the perfect back workout. I was stuck at a plateau that seemed to last a lifetime and seemed to be getting little to no results in the gym. That's why I hit the anatomy and training books to come up with training methods that work.
What does it mean to get a full back workout?
The back is broken into several important parts: latissimus dorsi, upper, mid, & lower trapezius, & the lower back. In this video you will learn how to train each of these parts of the back. I will show you perfect form and breathing technique on each of those exercises as well. Plus, you'll learn how to develop that V-cut and define lower traps (AKA - upside down Christmas tree). Take the advice I give you and you'll leave the gym knowing that you put in a complete back workout that will get you great results.
You might also have questions such as: What is your weekly workout routine? How many sets & reps show I do in the gym? How long should my breaks be between sets? How should I warm up for my workout? How much time should I be spending in the gym? The answer to those questions will all depend on your goals. But, the answer to those questions and many more are answered in this back workout video.
