I’m excited to announce that I am starting this Vlog on Physical Fitness. I plan to post here at least once a week. Sometimes you will catch me in the gym sharing my advice on cardio and different weight training exercises. Other times it will simply be me in front of the camera giving advice on diet, cooking, and supplementation.
