Are You Putting in Those Long & Tough Leg Workouts And Ending Up with Little to No Results? Starting to Believe the Lie That You Just Don't Have the 'Genetics' to Have Great Legs or Glutes? Or Perhaps You've Hit a Plateau And Need to Switch Things Up to Shock the Body for Results?
If you answered 'yes' to any of the above questions, then it will please you to know that you've come to the right place. I have spent the better part of the last 10+ years training my legs and every year it seems I learn even more about how to train them more effectively. Through my many years of training I have learned that it's not as much about the quantity of time spent on legs training, but rather the quality of the time spent. Learn to 'Train Like a PRO' & you'll see results in your legs faster than you ever thought possible!
What does it mean to train like a PRO?
Training like a pro means not only are you training hard, but more importantly
you are training smart. In this video I show
you exactly what I do in the gym on my leg training day. I've designed the perfect
workout that hits every part of your upper &
lower legs so you can be 100% sure you've
not over-trained or under-trained. You will
learn what it means to train smart through
my Scientific Training Methods.
What are my Scientific Training Methods?
Several years ago I decided to begin a journey where I spent countless hours reading several different anatomy books. These books helped me to better understand the muscle and how to train every intricate part of each of our muscles. I also read several books on weight training to learn how many sets and reps I should do, and how much break time I needed between sets in order to get the best results possible. All of this knowledge together has helped me to develop an incredible full legs workout.
Why did I create my Scientific Training Methods?
Back when I first started training my results came far more slowly than I cared to see. I got sick of seeing all of my gym buddies getting results while I was getting little to no results. I kept trying to fix things by training harder, more often, and with more weight, but that simply led to over-training and stupidity. Reality was that I simply lacked the knowledge to create the perfect weekly workout and in this case that perfect legs workout. That all changed when I hit the anatomy and training books to come up with training methods that actually work.
What does it mean to get a full legs workout?
As you can see in the images below, the legs are a pretty complex muscle and this is just showing the very basic anatomy of the legs too.
From the front you have the 'four headed' Quadriceps, Adductors (inner thigh), & hip flexors. From the back you have Hamstrings, Glutes, Abductors (outer thigh), & the calves. The calves are actually broken down into two different sections too, known as the Gastrocnemeis & the Soleus (not shown in image). To get a full legs workout you want to isolate and target each of these different parts and I show you exactly how to do that in my legs workout video download.
You might also have questions such as: What is your weekly workout routine? How many sets & reps should I do in the gym? How long should my breaks be between sets? How should I warm up for my workout? How much time should I be spending in the gym? The answer to those questions will all depend on your goals. But, the answer to those questions and many more are answered in this legs workout video.
As a bonus, I have World Bodybuilding & Fitness Federation (WBFF) Pro Competitors Stian Lemmer & Ashleigh Frost joining me in this legs workout video. Stian shared some of his unique squats and some great isolation exercises that really help to bulk up the legs bring out some great definition too.
