What does it mean to train like a pro?
Training like a pro means not only are you training hard, but more importantly you are training smart. In this video I show you exactly what I do in the gym on my chest day and I explain to you why I am doing the exercises I do. You will learn what it means to train smart through my scientific training methods.
What are my scientific training methods?
Well, many years ago I hit a plateau and seemed to be getting little to no results in the gym. That was simply unacceptable, so I decided it was time to study the anatomy of the muscle and learn the best ways to train each and every intricate part of each muscle.
I love training even more now because I know that I am putting in workouts that fully train each of my body parts. Furthermore, I know that I am not over training or under training my muscles, so I can feel great about my workout when I leave the gym.
​What does it mean to get a full chest workout? The chest is broken into two parts, the Pec Major & the Pec Minor. The Pec Major is broken into three parts, the upper chest (clavicular head), mid chest (sternocostal head), & the lower chest (costal head). In this video you will learn how to train each of these parts of the chest. I will show you perfect form and breathing technique on each of those exercises as well. Plus, I'll teach you how to slightly modify your form in order to get a wider and more cut up chest. Take the advice I give you and you'll leave the gym with the best chest pump you've ever had.​
You might also have questions such as: What is your weekly workout routine? How many sets & reps show I do in the gym? How long should my breaks be between sets? How should I warm up for my workout? How much time should I be spending in the gym? The answer to those questions will all depend on your goals. But, the answer to those questions and many more are answered in this chest workout video.
