Have you been putting in loads of time and effort on your abs

I have spent over 15 years training my abdominals and every year it seems I learn even more about how to train them more effectively. Through my many years of training I have learned that it's not as much about the quantity of time spent on the ab training, but rather the quality of the time spent. 
With each day over the last 15 years I have been obsessing over how I can bulk my abs up more and bring more definition to both my abs and obliques. I used to just have a flat stomach with no ab definition. The journey to bulk up my abs and chisel out well defined obliques has certainly not been an easy one and I've had to learn things the hard way first hand. This is great news for you, because now you won't have to learn the hard way. For instance, never do weighted oblique training or you will end up with thick sides that look like love handles. One the other hand, if you want to have nice bulky abs, you need to train your abs with weight. I've also learned the importance of breathing patterns while training abs and the significance of a slow and controlled pace in that process as both of these help for a better contraction of the abs and thus better overall results. 
With all these years of ab/oblique training you better believe I have gotten bored with the same old exercises. That is why I have gotten very creative and have come up with tons of great exercises that not only cure my boredom, but are super effective.
